By booking, attending, or participating in classes, events, workshops, or services provided by DIOSA Pilates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Participation Agreement
Clients understand that participation in Pilates, heated classes, sculpt classes, fitness activities, and wellness services involves physical movement and exertion. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
Clients agree to listen to their bodies, work within their own limits, and notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, dizziness, discomfort, or concerns before class begins.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
Clients confirm they are physically able to participate in classes and have consulted with a physician if necessary.
DIOSA Pilates and its instructors are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients understand heated classes may increase physical intensity and hydration needs.
3. Late Arrival Policy
For safety and class flow:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted into class.
Doors will be locked after the 10-minute grace period, with no exceptions.
Late arrivals may result in forfeited class credit.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before class start time to avoid penalty.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in:
Loss of class credit
$10 Late Cancellation Fee
$15 No-Show Fee
Policies apply regardless of reason unless otherwise approved by management.
5. Memberships & Class Packages
Memberships require a 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month term, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle by emailing info@diosapilates.com.
Memberships canceled before completing the 3-month commitment may be subject to remaining balance charges or an early termination fee.
Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Unused classes do not roll over.
Membership pricing and policies may change at any time for new enrollments.
Founding membership pricing is grandfathered only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
Memberships include 1 guest pass per month.
Memberships include priority booking.
Class packs have expiration dates, which can be reviewed at the time of purchase.
6. Studio Etiquette
To maintain a respectful and elevated experience:
Phones should be silenced during class.
Please arrive on time.
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow clients.
Wipe down equipment when requested.
Shoes are not permitted in mat areas.
Grip socks are required at all times while in the studio.
Mat towels are required for heated classes and must be used on the mat during class.
DIOSA Pilates reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Heated Class Acknowledgment
Clients participating in heated classes understand:
Heat exposure may increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, nausea, or overheating.
Hydration is strongly encouraged before, during, and after class.
Clients may rest or leave the room at any time if discomfort occurs.
8. Pregnancy & Injuries
Pregnant clients or clients recovering from injuries should consult their physician before participating.
Clients are responsible for informing instructors of pregnancy, injuries, limitations, or modifications needed before class begins.
9. Personal Belongings
DIOSA Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
10. Photography & Media Release
By entering the studio or attending events, clients acknowledge that photos or videos may occasionally be captured for promotional or social media purposes.
11. Minors
Clients ages 16–17 may participate only with a signed parent or legal guardian consent form.
DIOSA Pilates reserves the right to restrict certain heated or advanced classes for minors.
12. Right to Refuse Service
DIOSA Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel memberships/services for behavior deemed unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to the studio environment.
13. Policy Changes
DIOSA Pilates reserves the right to update policies, pricing, schedules, instructors, or studio procedures at any time.
14. Return Policy
All service sales are final and non-refundable.
15. Booking System Transition
DIOSA Pilates may periodically update or transition to a new booking, scheduling, or membership management platform to improve the client experience.
Client information previously provided through our booking system, including contact information, class history, memberships, and account details, may be securely transferred to the new platform as part of this transition.
Clients will be notified of any major system changes. In some cases, clients may be required to create a new login, reset their password, re-sign studio agreements, or resubmit payment information directly through the updated system.
16. Agreement
By booking or attending classes, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
