Rooted in culture and built on community, Diosa is a place where women in every season of life can come as they are, feel supported, and make time for themselves. Whether you're here to challenge your body, clear your mind, or simply take a moment for you, we're honored to be part of your journey.

I’m a wife, mom of two, and the founder of DIOSA Pilates. When I’m not at the studio, you’ll usually find me chasing my two little ones around, rearranging something in my house, or enjoying a slow morning with a good coffee in hand.
I've always loved creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and bring people together, which is exactly what inspired DIOSA.
DIOSA was born from a simple idea: creating a place where women could step away from the demands of everyday life, move their bodies, and take a little time for themselves. As a mom, I know how easy it can be to put everyone else first, and I wanted to create the kind of space where women feel comfortable prioritizing themselves without guilt.
My hope is that when you walk through our doors, you feel welcomed, supported, and right at home; whether it’s your first Pilates class or your hundredth.
I’m so grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the DIOSA community.
With Love,
Alejandra

Raised in Los Angeles with a background in marketing. My passion is helping people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through mindful movement. I believe Pilates is for everyone. My goals is to create an encouraging space where clients can feel stronger, move better and leave each class feeling empowered.

Hi everyone, I’m Bella! Movement has always been a big part of my life. Growing up as a competitive dancer and gymnast gave me a deep appreciation for strength, discipline, and the confidence that comes from feeling connected to your body, and I bring that same energy into every Pilates class.
My teaching style is challenging, upbeat, and empowering. Expect intentional movement, a good shake, and classes that push you while still feeling fun and approachable. I’m passionate about helping clients build strength, improve body awareness, and leave feeling stronger than when they walked in. My goal is to create a space where you feel motivated, supported, and excited to keep showing up for yourself.

Hi, I’m Diana! What I love most about Sculpt is that it’s more than a workout for me, it’s a lifestyle that calms my mind, energizes my body, and helps me move through each day with balance and strength.
By day, I work as a Strategic Marketing Manager for a tech company, but my true passion is building community and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. My classes are designed to challenge you while encouraging you to be fully present, let go of everything outside your mat, and leave feeling stronger and more empowered.
I can’t wait to move with you and be part of your journey ♡

Hi, I’m Genevieve, a first time mama and certified Mommy & Me instructor through The Momovement. I fell in love with Mommy & Me classes after having my son and wanted to create a space where moms can move their bodies, connect, and bring their babies along too.
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy staying active, going for walks, trying new coffee places and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Grace! Somewhere between “just a girl” and “somebody’s mom,” I spend my days teaching Pilates, chasing after my two boys, reheating the same cup of coffee three times, and somehow always signing myself up for one more thing.
I’ve been teaching movement for years, and my favorite part isn’t just helping people get stronger—it’s helping them realize they’re capable of more than they think. My classes are challenging, encouraging, and never too serious. Expect good music, shaky legs, a few laughs, and at least one moment where you question my life choices before thanking me afterward.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me at a soccer field, trying a new recipe, spending time outdoors, or convincing myself that buying another workout set is a necessity. I can’t wait to move with you!
XoX,
Gracie

My love for movement began when I was introduced to Lagree in 2024. What drew me in was the way it challenged both my body and mind while helping me build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to myself. Teaching Lagree has been a highlight of my life, but I knew I always wanted to extend my knowledge as an instructor into many fields of movement. Now as a mat pilates instructor, both methods have taught me that progress isn't about perfection—it's about showing up, staying consistent, and celebrating what your body can do and the ways it can move.
When I'm not teaching, you can probably find me studying! I am a nursing student pursuing a career that deepens my understanding and love for health and wellness. Whether I'm caring for patients or leading a class, I'm passionate about helping others feel supported, empowered, and confident in themselves.
Outside of the studio and school, I’m usually hanging out with my friends and family, curled up watching a show or movie, or walking with my goldendoodle, Daisy.
Now that we are stepping into our DIOSA era, I’d be honored to move with you! Hope to see you on the mat<3

Hi, I’m Paola, but most people call me Pao! I’m a certified Pilates instructor trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates. I found Pilates four years ago while looking for relief from back pain and sciatica, and it ended up changing so much more than my physical health. After 10 years in HR, I discovered a passion for movement, creativity, and helping others feel strong and confident through Pilates. I love creating a welcoming space where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Outside the studio, I enjoy photography, traveling, and spending time with my mini pug, Andy.
I can’t wait to be part of your Pilates journey 🤎
